A quick reminder today to all my friends and family to visit Console´s website for information on how to prevent and deal with suicide. I was going to write something today about mam and how my family have dealt with my mam´s suicide today in 2005. However, I´ve written about it here before, and I don´t feel up to it now that I´m online, so I´d just like to ask everyone to visit the site, read the information, educate yourself and discuss it with friends and family, because its so important take care of yourself and those you hold dear. I just read it all again, and found it helpful. I hope you do too.
